Connected Yoga, 3.00 – 4.00 pm
Local yoga instructor, Olivia Festy of Yoga Avenue will run a one-off concession class focused on deepening self-awareness through simple mindful body and breath movements of Hatha Yoga.

Capoeira Performance by Bambinhos Capoeira, 4.15 – 4.45 pm
A special Capoeira presentation from Bambinhos Capoeira, founded in 2013 by Ebony and Jonny Bamber (Professor Perola Negra and Professor Lobo).

DJ Set with Güneş Guven and Dot. I, 6.30 – 7.30 pm
An exclusive joint appearance from Tottenham based DJ Güneş Guven and Music Producer/DJ Dot.I (formerly known as Hey!Zues.I of Obba Suppa). Expect to be uplifted and rejuvenated by their soulful genre mixes and instrumental experiments.
Güneş Güven’s curations are as sonically varied as the London streets. She is an open format selector who blends Hip Hop, R&B, Jazz, Grime, Future Soul and Lo-fi. From 2015-17 she produced a weekly radio show entitled “Better Late” on Itch FM, currently she features on Netil FM and Brooklyn Radio.
Dot. I’s melodic beats are popular among poets and MCs/rappers, who often use his music as backing tracks. During the session he will share music from his new project, ‘Diaspora Dub United’, a compilation of soundscapes inspired by dub records.

Spoken Word Open Mic, 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Join us for a night of acapella spoken word brilliance – highlighting Tottenham’s best acts and a special feature line up from the RecordShop artists.

Live Performances by WondRWomN and CR Fredro, 8.30 – 9.00 pm
Currently making waves on the UK Hip-Hop scene and abroad, WondRWomN is a rapper who incorporates boom bap jazzy production and live bands. She will be promoting her music and her latest single ‘Table 4 1’, from her 3 track EP ‘The Girl Next Door, That Raps’.
Proudly hailing from Bruce Grove, rapper/poet CR Fredro finds the balance between slick lyricism and melodic vibes, citing musical influences ranging from Sade to Wretch 32. He has been feature on the ‘Rap UK’ Spotify playlist and his latest ‘Big Pattern EP’ has put him on the 2019 artists to watch list.
